Once the program has been downloaded, you can start it by double-clicking.

Confirm your desire to start the program by clicking on "Run".

Once you have downloaded the program, you have the following options:

Start installation (optional) The benefits of installation: Netviewer will be installed on your computer, so you do not have to download it again. Integration into other programs you use like Skype, Firefox, Outlook, etc. You can also start sessions without installation.

Basic mode Netviewer for Beginners In this mode, the following functions are not available: Video Whiteboard Survey

Expert mode The full range of Netviewer functions

Once the Netviewer session has begun, you will automatically be assigned a session number. You can forward this number to the participants in several ways:

Over the telephone
Simply call the session participants and tell them the session number.

The participants can then join the session by going to the Netviewer website and clicking on the button labeled "Join a session".

Via e-mail
To use this option, simply click on the button below the session number.

An invitation e-mail containing a link directly to the session will be generated automatically.

Via Skype
If Skype is installed on your computer, you can link Netviewer to this program and invite your Skype contacts.
